How does the deposit work?
BOOKING POLICY: 1. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking, all deposit goes towards the final cost of the chosen hairstyle. 2. The remaining balance is to be paid in CASH preferably or CARD on the day of your appointment. NOTE: Extra charges(s) apply when paying with a card 3. Deposits are non-refundable, they can be transferred for rescheduling (once) if the appointment is rescheduled before 24hours of your initial payment 4. All appointments must be confirmed at least 24hours before the appointment. (a day before your appointment). If not confirmed, you will lose your appointment. How do I reschedule my appointment?
Appointments are to be RESCHEDULED through the confirmation email you automatically get from us right after booking. NOTE: reschedule must happen 48 hours before your appointment. Should incase you didn't get the mail you cans text "CANCEL" to the phone number +1 (862) 300- 6108 to cancel your appointment.
What happens if I do not cancel my appointment or No SHOW?
You may be charged ! Pls be cautious to cancel appointments that are not needed. A no show will additionally be blocked from booking.
Do I provide the hair?
For most braid styles? Kanekalon braiding hair is included. NOTE: human hair is not included but available for sale.
